Delphox is very odd in terms of design. I mean, it looks pretty feminine, right? Wrong, it has an 87.5% chance of being male. Like... What?

This set aims to steal opposing items, wrecking havoc on a lot of pokemon. The given EVs *just* outspeed positive base 100 speed pokemon, including things like Salamence, and Fire Gem + Flamethrower allows you to hit things decently hard whilst stealing their item. Ferrothorn is easily countered by this set, and the opponent can't even afford to switch as whatever switches in loses it's item, so the opponent needs to choose very carefully what they do. Magic Coat is given for when you're met by leads such as Deoxys-S, where you can reflect whatever they try to do. Will-o-wisp is generally fantastic for patching up Delphox's sub-par defence, and it also renders physical attackers useless against your walls. Psyshock is to stop Blissey walling you, and to act as a secondary STAB.
